            ไม่อาจจะปฏิเสธได้ว่าสุขภาพร่างกายที่สมบูรณ์นั้นสำคัญที่สุด  และคนไทยในยุคนี้ก็ให้ความ

สำคัญกับสุขภาพมากเช่นกัน    ดูจากการละเล่น  ของเล่น  เครื่องเล่นในโรงเรียนตั้งแต่อนุบาล  จึงนำ

เอาเครื่องเล่นที่แฝงด้วยการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพร่างกายไปในตัวดังเช่น    การโหนห่วงก็เป็นเครื่องเล่น

ทดสอบกำลังแขน  และการเคลื่อนไหวสรีระของร่างกายได้รอบทิศทางไม่แพ้การว่ายน้ำ  แต่โหนห่วง

จะดีกว่าว่ายน้ำอีกอย่างคือ  ได้ออกกำลังหลอดเสียง  อีตอน..แหกปากตะโกนร้อง  เมื่อจวนจะหล่นลง

ซึมซับเอามาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นการละเล่นที่ค่อนข้างโลดโผนโจนทะยาน  หรือชวนสยองขวัญขนหัว

เล่นเหยียบลูกโป่งดีกว่านิ  ดูนุ่มนวลลงหน่อย  เริ่มเล่นโดยที่ทุกคนผูกลูกโป่งติดไว้ที่ข้อเท้าทั้งสอง

ข้างเปิดเพลงร้อนแรงๆประกอบการละเล่น  แล้วไล่เหยียบลูกโป่งของคนอื่นๆให้แตก  คนเชียร์ก็เชียร์

กันสนั่น  ใครเหลือเป็นคนสุดท้ายลูกโป่งลูกสุดท้ายจะเป็นผู้ชนะ
